I would hope that by murdering a nice shiny BMW in the middle of an intersection that the driver would decide not to continue on foot. Knowing the exact yardage down to that intersection is what permits one shot kills of those BMW’s.

How can you tell that the driver of the BMW is a rioter?

If he is a rioter, why should he "continue"?
