Wife did some experimenting a while back after watching Emeril. I’ll stick to the meat and taters.

I was going to say...watch some tv. I have trouble sleeping at night and find all kinds of neat stuff on . I just have to remember to close my eyes as I scroll by channel 14... but anyway, yesterday there was a Los Vegas Chef on. I know my husband wouldn't even try it but I watched them prepare a Salmon with cream cheese. It looked really good.

The best thing I have tasted lately though was a broccoli salad my sister made. She added grapes, pecans, mayonnaise, cream cheese, some red stuff you spray on salads and honey and let it soak. I usually don't care for "trees" but I had seconds.
