True-—but once again as a medium of exchange, not as an investment. They don’t have investment value because to gain the value, you have to sell: they don’t produce dividends.

You can actually use silver coins.If there were any. IMHO all the coins with silver were pulled out of circulation when the current pseudo silver coins started circulating.
