I’m still trying to figure out what “reecelcted” means.

Well, it's clearly a missssspelt (what do you expect from liberals? standards??) English derivative of the Latin "excelsis" (highest), which correlates perfectly with the preceding sentence "evil devil." Therefore it appears our late host was attempting to say that "George Bush should never ascend into the heavens."

Perhaps awildanimal is fearing more light pollution a la the Dark Sky Initiative.

Um. Perhaps, considering the prefixex and suffices, all the went before and follows, it might be:

"George Bush should never *again* have ascended into the heavens."
