Everything in the past did not have to exist to satisfy pagan religious rituals.

The roads are designed that way because that would give them the most LIGHT through the trees for the most amount of time throughout the year...

That’s right. All those farmers planting their fields to line up with the summer solstice, or is it 90 deg. from the summer solstice? Either way, it must be some pagan ritual.
