It’s always bothered me when news pundits and Democrats referred to Dr. Rice or Secretary of State Rice as “Condi”. Give the woman the respect she deserves for her accomplishments.
Ok, I’ll get off my soapbox.
But seriously, I believe Gov. Palin’s ability to be who she is is really resonating with the American people. And showing liberals to be the frauds that they are.
There is another perspective, that calling Governor Palin ‘Sarah’ is a term of endearment because we feel like she is one of us (and I’m a 63 years old male!). Calling her Sarah is a reflection of our feeling that she isn’t some distant ‘politician’, she’s one stepping right out of our ranks to lead while remaining ‘one of US’.
