Hey, just called my friend... remember the scanner was on a 90 minute delay. Anyway, the delegates on the bus only had to walk a block to the hotel... They are now safe & sound, partying and listening to Guilani’s speech. Thanks for your help! The police, on the other hand, are still dealing with crazies... It will be a long night for them!
One policeman had called in to ask if it would be safe for them. He was told it would be, because the trouble was elsewhere. They don’t have far to walk.
