Beautiful, huh! It’s called strawberry plant. It’s a member of the eunymous family. They grow wild here, more in the middle of the state than the coast. The foliage is unremarkable, but the berries are worth the wait. They can be invasive, and critters love them. :)

Re your 2341, jaycee - seeee, I knew gg could tell us what that flower is. I’ve never see one before - boy, it’s certainly a standout! The berries are good to eat, too, gg? Do they taste anything like a strawberry? (I think kiwis taste a lot like strawberries, just sayin) :)
