SIL's race day on Saturday was a sight to behold. The first race was on the 1/4 mile oval track. He developed a fuel problem and finished toward the back of the pack. That left the season total score tied between Rich and driver #2. Driver #3 was closing in on points.
The second race was on the 1.1 mile road course. Rich captured the lead early and took the checkered flag for the race and the season championship.
