Ay, yi,yi!

At this point, the gestation period is still 10 days away, and unless the nurse was running a fever, there isn’t much chance of Mrs. Guy and Baby Guy getting the flu. (Trust me: I’m a mother!)

Newborns also have an immune system that won’t quit, especially if they are able to breast feed for at least the first two weeks.

Still, if you ever run into a sniffling nurse in ANY setting, ask these questions: Are you running a fever? Where is your mask? Follow it up with: I think we’ll be changing Providers.

LOL, good advice!

The sionnsareens got their food-server certificates this morning. One of the requirements is that if you're not well, DO NOT show up for work. A bit different from my employer's old PTO policy that lumped sick and vacation time into a single pool; encouraged folks to show up if they were "marginal." (Don't have that anymore, but the workload today encourages the same result...)
