Raisin bran is good but my favorite cold cereal is Grape-Nuts. I like them hot, too, cooked in milk, instead of water. With brown sugar.
Just once, I’d like to feel well enough to fling myself somewhere. :o]
I’m not much for flinging myself, these days. It’s amazing they haven’t broken anything, either themselves or the hhgs.
