Dead Corpse has forges down there with a squad or two of Dwarves, and Darks is in charge of the Zombies and Dust Bunnies.
Harmless Teddy Bear has a family of basilisks, somewhere. Of course, there is the library, the Observatory, and also the Piping Walk where sionnsar often practices his skirls; there are orchards and farmlands, and some herd beasts. Try not to shoot the food accidently. We need it.
We also have our own vineyard, our brewery, and a winery. In conjunction with that, the bars, kitchens and gyms are open 24/7.
