Good morning. Breakfast in a minute.
Good morning, lysie!
Good Morning lysie.
It's cool here this morning. I'm dressed in fleece. ..toasty warm , I am.
53 at the moment, with an expected high of 80 forecasted for the day.
Our local brewery, Point Beer, has a two day festival going on titled, "Brews, Brats, and Bands. Last night I sold beer tickets throughout the evening for $2.50 a piece.
This hilarious exchange took place with a guy in his thirties:
He: How much are tickets?
Me: $2.50 a piece.
He: How many beers can I get for $10.00?
Me: Four!
He: I thought you said they were $2.50 a piece?!
Me: I did. $2.50 and $2.50 equals $5.00. That's two tickets. Double that its four tickets for ten dollars.
He: Oh... I'll take one ticket.
G’morning Lysie - I’m up early - dog-sitting my grand-pug. Who knew they could be so feisty?
Yesterday was our “office picnic” at the beach. Great day. Del Mar beach is fab u lous.
Good morning.
We received more rain during the night. No storms, just rain.
It’s been so dry down here, any rain is much appreciated.
Good morning you two!
You and your wonderful temperatures. My heat index is sitting at 84. Suppose to be 92 for a high today and rain for the next 3 days. No complaining here on the rain.
NYS Fair opens in a few days. It's always too hot, then. We will see.
Hubby is up in the OK panhandle this week (sick with the flu) and he said it’s gorgeous temperatures. He is loving the break from the heat.
Flu? Not good. Get well wishes for your hubby.
Love the temps though... but don't worry. I'll be envious of your temps come January.
We are all recovering from it. Mom, D., hubby and me. Blah.
Get well soon.
Well that’s true, but I just love Autumn - although I know it’s not quite there for y’all yet. It’s my favorite time of year and down here we just don’t get that season.
Thanks. I’ve had it a week and a half. I’m getting real tired of it. Everyone else has had it just a few days.
Good morning everybody. It’s raining in the Rockies and expected to do so for a couple days more.
Hubby and I went out to celebrate our 27th anniversary last night at a little Italian place recommended to us by a local. The food was very good and the place was packed.
