Isn't fingers, just toe bones where the skin has decomposed around it. For example, see how long the toe bones are in this dog skeleton

It could be. The photo is so bad, it didn’t look like a bone protruding. I am always amazed at the bad photos people get. BTW I have never seen the second photo, that looks MUCH more like a dog (altho it also looks like manbearpig). I figured it was a hoax, but it probably really is a dog. Poor dog!

Thanks for your pictures. I'm inclined to agree that it's a dog. No one talks about the size of the carcass either.
