went to walmart for gas and water about 2 hours ago and gas went up 4 cents while we were in walmart... already lines forming... just FYI

I went to walmart for gas and food about 2 hours ago in Kemah and the Parking lot was full. Store was wild and only 5 checkers. More in story below.
