My daughters — 22 and 25 years old — just can’t relate to Betty.

I bought a DVD of her old cartoons, thought we would watch them as a family, and they can’t stand them.

I hear you. If the Three Stooges/Laurel and Hardy come on—my kids are gone. Sigh.
