Re: Mama_Bear’s Poem by Emily Dickinson (#3,022)-
No, I don’t understand it - But I AM trying. (humble smile, here)
“Auroral Stain”? “Power Accosts”? “Garment of Surprise”?
I guess “mother” was in heaven?

Okay, ya'll! I have been doing some research on the poetry and I have found out NOTHING! When I was on the main page, it directed me to the meaning and analysis and I clicked and it came up that silly "We apologize we cannot retrieve the page you are looking for at this time". Then I got on a comments page and I know you are going to love the post I copied for you!! And check out her name! Now tell me what you think!
I think that this poem has so much meaning despite the fact that its really short. Its basically talking about a dream that you never want to end because that moment is so valuable and precious and those moments dont happen very often in dreams. Something so perfect can end with a blink of an eye, literally. Bridgeette from United States
