Yes, I heard that too. I don't know, it's bad enough having a Republican presidential candidate who many of us are not convinced is firmly on the "right" side of many issues, I think it would be a real mistake to add a vice presidential candidate like Loserman - in the hopes of pulling in some middle of the road fence-sitters. Besides, I lost all respect for Lieberman when he joined Gore's ticket and started spewing the "party line". Since then Lieberman appears to have swung over to the right on some issues, but I don't forget what I hear. He is either a man who has no convictions or a man who was willing to sell them out in order to be on Gore's ticket. I think McCain needs someone firmly locked into the "right" side of the issues to help stabilze the ticket. But that's just MHO. Does that make any sense? If not, nevermind. LOL
