I just wanted to take a few moments to thank you, Mama Bear and Billie, for such an excellent job you did for us. All your graphics are so beautiful and entertaining and we all get so much enjoyment from them. We also love the funny stuff, too. Anyway, thank you for holding the fort down for our Amy! What a great bunch of folks you all are! And keep on posting your beauty.

And, about my pie......*sigh* - something went wrong with the Cool Whip and it didn't hold it's shape on top of the pie. It tasted wonderful, but it looked a mess. Next time I will use whipped cream. I can't explain what happened with the Cool Whip, except I used the "extra creamy" and I stirred it to help defrost it. I think that took a lot of the fluffiness away. Anyway, it just had no volume to it and basically just ran all over the sides. Not pretty but still very yummy.
