PhotoFilter is the photo editing program that I told Kitty Mittens about. For a free program, it actually does quite a bit, however, it does not support layers or any of the photoshop filters. But, working with "layers" is quite advanced and complicated for the beginner. Jaycee, when you get to the point where you are wanting to work with layers, it is time to move up to a better photo editing program. Still, in the time being, you can have lots of fun with PhotoFiltre. Just play around with it and see what you can do. You can download it HERE.

Thank you, Lori.I answered about Photofiltre in my # 1197. As I told Billie, there’s probably lots of stuff on there that I haven’t looked into yet! I’ve only done the simple frames and at first that scared me~~LOL~~!

I disappeared for a while for my daily nap! Its rainy and dreary here. Glad my yardman worked yesterday because I felt like rain was on the way!

Did this with your program.. I dont think Picture It can do the odd shape crops.... quick hello. Hope to post a bit more later or tomorrow.. for now this is a pix I posted from last week but made smaller .. for some reason I had the pix at top.

Not sure I did the process right. I did the shape. Did a cut, opened new file & pasted. Did not note it was not centered. Looks like a good basic program but like so many just need to take the time to learn how to use it.
