I do hope your 'yard man' got there and did all the chores you wanted him to do. I think that people that have yard services do really well - especially in areas that have long growing seasons.

I really, really, really do not like yard work, and we have so much to mow & take care of besides the real yard that we do have that done by a regular yard crew. It only takes them about 30 minutes! I tried it one time, and with all the flower bed edging and curbs and the front walk, it took me over 6 hours. I HATE YARDWORK! LOL But I do take care of a small courtyard that has just a little bit of grass (not even enough for a mower - can trim it with an 'edger/trimmer) - it's mostly concrete, brick, ground cover and pots of flowers. My hubby takes care of everything else.

I would have to have a yard service if my sons didn’t take times doing it! But I sure can’t expect them to do the hard labor this guy did today!

A couple of my neighbors have someone to cut their yards.

We used to have the company that does all the fertilizing and whatever else the grass needs. When my first Sheltie passed away so quickly and they weren’t sure what killed her, I got afraid of those services and when we got the next Sheltie, we didn’t want that service. They walk around in it and then they lick their feet and we don’t know over a period of time what it could do to a little dog! Something got wrong with her kidneys! She was a little over 10 but Shelties don’t have a long life expectancy.
