Eeesh...just read about the 17 year old boy who was blown from a 7th story balcony on SPI. He couldn't be transported during the storm.

Poor kid. There was no way they could have flown him out though. Did you see the part about smugglers trying to get drugs thru? Not to hijack the thread but the border patrol has got to operate as usual. I could see situations like this used by terrorists.

Dauphin Island closed the new west end public beach after waves related to Hurricane Dolly flooded the area, officials said Wednesday.

At Dauphin Island, about six inches of water covered the parking lot and recreational areas Wednesday afternoon at the public beach located at the western end of Bienville Boulevard.
