Movement toward northwest near 8 mph. Maximum sustained
winds 95 mph. Minimum central pressure 967 mb. At 800 am CDT
the center of Hurricane Dolly was located about 40 miles east of
Brownsville Texas.

I remember a hurricane named Carla that ran up the coast and then sat for a while. We need to pay close attention to this until it moves on shore.
