I just got this month's gas bill, and I noticed a number of things... We've had yet another increase in NON-GAS costs (fees, line charges, etc...). Where my summer gas bills used to be around $15 a month, just the non-gas fees and charges are now about $26 a month. Then there's the gas itself. I seem to recall that gas USED TO cost less during the summer. There was just a 20% increase in the charge for gas on this bill. Electric rates have gone up... Gas is going to be REALLY expensive this winter, though nowhere near as bad as fuel oil.

I would be filling my storage tanks before the winter comes and prices are doubled what they are now.
