PAMPLONA IN JULY The festival all white and red The rocket bent on azure sky The gate releases muscled dread Young men running death defy Through narrow streets And cobbled way The swift of feet The crowds dismay Death on the run With shining horn Bedecks a ton Of Satan's scorn Into arena's mulling mass The fury of the bulls is plain The festival of bulls will pass But not the blooded cobble stain.
Just a note to report I’m alive. Weekend was tremendously busy and remembered today that I was behind on my bookwork, writing checks, etc. so I did that today. Tomorrow I have to take my SIL for her cataract surgery on her second eye. Then I will have to take her back on Wednesday.
I did get on last night and look at all the beautiful things posted on Saturday and Sunday. There were some beautiful graphics and lovely sentiments. I did make it to church yesterday. Hope I will get caught up soon!
Our 4th of July evening was a lot of fun at my son’s. Delicious food and his fireworks are the best. Truly had a good time!
