I love yard work also; however, I don’t have a yard... minor detail missing there:). I hope that stretching out helped your back feel better.
when I lived in Houston I had an apt & just a very small plt in front of door/windows for plants..
What I did was adopted a couple elderly women & went & helped them..

Mom’s 90th birthday is Sat.. Hope to get her to outdoor bandstand concert (polka group) and then to Dunkirk NY for a few days to visit her brother..
time will tell if we can do it. My brother & I & maybe another can get her up to wheel chair & to car. I simply cant do these things alone
