LOL. You can stay with us through August 31st if you want to, Lori. We could really dream up lots of interesting stuff to do, but I think you meant July 31st. That is not nearly enough time unless you get here before the 28th, which I hope you do. Chester says he is "put out" but will go ahead and put up the Christmas tree.......again. The Delta Queen will be here the 30th, so that is when we can do the walking tour. I was looking at the pictures that we took of the "country roads" before. They are really pretty.

Camp Meeting is going well. Attendance is down and contributions are down, but the Spirit is there with strength. People are not wanting to leave after it ends. We're not getting home till almost 11. Weather has been beautiful and cool, the music has been fantastic, and the preacher is (get this) Chester's son, Chet. He lives in Indiana and is nothing like Chester.

LOL!!! This is so funny! I can't wait for a real authentic West Virginia Christmas in July weinie roast! Hey, we are bringing Chester a genuine Fresno State Bulldogs 2008 NCAA Championship T-shirt. Hope he likes it. :-)

The new roof on your camp meeting buildings looks great! I too hope that your young people will take over and carry on your camp meetings, Nan. You need to retire and hand over the reigns.
