AMY Winehouse is facing a threat to her troubled career after a British tabloid uncovered video footage of the star singing a racist song.
News of the World said the video showed Winehouse, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a friend in what appears to be a dingy crack den.
Winehouse and the friend are encouraged by Fielder-Civil to sing a racist song - complete with racist gestures - while he films it.

that's why I won't watch it.
However, such things ought to have their own listing in the "How to Ruin Your Career in Three Easy Steps" book.

Was she performing a remake of Ram Jam’s famous hit?

She’s in a dingy crack den, but the threat to her career is a thought crime. Sign of our times.

Look up “skank” in the dictionary and you’ll find her picture.

Okay, so I didn’t watch. But I want to know how a gesture can be racist.

How did this creature become a celebrity?
Are we that starved for famous junkies that we have to keep inventing new ones?

She actually has talent, which in itself is rare. You may not like her music, but she can sing.

Bwahaha. There's a betting pool here of when Amy Winehouse will die. She's just nose diving into the ground.

I saw Amy Winehouse on TV joining the Rolling Stones at the Isle of Wight festival to
sing Ain't to Proud to Beg with Mick Jagger.
She was so hammered even Keith Richard and Ron Wood were laughing at how bad she was.
