**You’re going to have to narrow down the pain.**
That’s what they keep telling me—my symptoms are too vague. I don’t have any of them until “this” starts. They get off on tangents—Have you had a physical lately? Blah, blah, blah. Ok. I had a physical and I still feel like doodoo. Pick again. It’s so frustrating. They treat me like I’m a retarded 2 year old. Hey—I’ve lived in this body for 40+ years! I know when it’s not right!

The stuff I was talking about is called AZO. I usually keep some around, but I goofed and didn’t get any more when I should have.

The pain creeps up on me gradually, until I don’t notice how bad it’s gotten. I hate heat—can’t deal with it at all because I don’t sweat. Had my thyroid checked—said it’s fine. The first time I got this stuff, i did not realize how sick I was. I went out to my car at lunchtime, in the middle of July, because I was cold, literally shivering. I got in, with the windows up, and went to sleep/passed out. This is eastern NC we’re talking about! My boss came out to my car and insisted I go to the dr. He probably saved my life. :)
Fire them. NC has great medicos, you just have to find them. Treating you like that has nothing to do with you. Often there are two main reasons they treat you that way. Because they are arrogant and, two, because they don't know what it is and are either too lazy or too busy or too stymied to figure you out. Change doctors till one gets it right.
