(In case nobody guessed - I love fishing - and haven’t gone for years!)
The best way to cook fresh trout - is to make sure they are cleaned well, then stuff the cavity with onion and lemon slices, sprinkle some dill on top, dot with butter, wrap tightly in tin-foil and place on grill over hot charcoal. Turn after about four minutes - cook four minutes more, then open the foil and taste the best trout you ever et! ;-)
