The convenience stores in Hawaii sell Spam sushi. It’s a slice of Spam on a lump of sushi rice. Hawaiians are also fond of serving Hormel chili over rice. The weirdest combination I saw was called “Loco Moco.” Rice, topped by a hamburger steak and two fried eggs smothered in chili. Had it for breakfast one morning.
