Those are the tender parts that small predators eat first. They licked up all the blood. I have seen those parts eaten on our own cattle that died. As far as clean precision cuts, I don't know.

As far as clean precision cuts, I don't know. Sharp teath and disimilar tissue result in what most people think is a neat cut, and animals that have been dead awhile don't bleed much if at all.
