Still...it is just a slip by a guy who has been campaigning hard.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Let's pick on him for everything he believes--there plenty of that to find fault with.

I agree, we all say silly things when we’re tired. Who hasn’t. More to the point, what has he actually done?
