When we come out of the timeout I would just like to know what the rules are:

1) we cannot bash any driver or any drivers fans (not the individual, the collective).
2) we can bash any driver and any drivers fans.
3) we can bash any driver or his fans as long as it is not saint JR.
4) we can not bash any driver or his fans unless the driver is a busch.
5) we do not have rules we have a g-dess and the courtesans

Since you didn't post on this thread until #824 (and it's now #864) perhaps you should just turn back the clock to post #43 where NormsRevenge posted once again the well worn NASCAR thread rules.
Things were going along fairly ok here until someone who hadn't posted until after #800 brought up old gripes from another thread and tired complaints and perceived slights from ten months ago.
I mean, really... let it go. Or do you want to needlessly continue ill will and prompt contention? Get over it.

Let me just keep it short and here’s hoping folks can get along. If the thread was a one driver or one team only thread, that wouldn’t be right.

I never sanctioned this as a Junior or Flash or Smoke thread only. If those who post the individual threads want to use a theme and driver, fine by me, I do the same and others as well. IF some feel bad about it, get over it.

Some just have a hard time resisting the urge to take it to others once the race gets going, regardless who it is here and how long they been here .. I know it’s hard for some to reel in their passions, and others to not wear their stripes on their posts, but criminy, if folks can’t just stick to “bashing” the race and not get personal with the posters, I agree let’s shut her down.. In fact I was gonna shut this thing down a couple times,, I didn’t with trepidation, things had gone too smooth for too long as was , but if this pepperball game of waaahh and You wrecked my driver keeps up, I may do just that.

So , if everybody wants to get it out of their system , fine, do it now,, some already have, but come next week, please let the bantering fest stop and the racing begins.
