Wrong premise, at least as far as I'm concerned. I've always liked Joe Gibbs as a coach, outspoken Christian, and NASCAR team owner, and I was one of Bobby Labonte's biggest fans two years prior to, and then including his NASCAR champion season, and still today.
And no, HMS didn't make a mistake in bringing Jr aboard. Ask Rick or Jr or the majority of NASCAR fans and they'll tell you.
