nothing like a tornado....went to college in Miami was was in a hurricane....( David)....cat1 storm but man did it rain

I'm so sorry.... I just finally got out of WF 2 years ago. Thankfully am back home again 200 miles further south.
Cat 1 are only kind of hurricane you want to get.....but the rains will be the big story....

I taught at VRJC for 4 years. Enjoyed it tremendously but was very homesick. Had family from up that way so I figured I’d like it fine. But, I missed to real home ground so I came back. Loved the job up there though.
Vernon ? and brother do I miss home too.....my plan is to get back in 2 yrs and build a golf coure off the 287 in Iowa Park
Our last 500 year flood was triggered by a tropical storm. Went all the way across the state and came back.

I taught at one of the campuses in WF. Oddly enough even though the main campus is in Vernon, 80% of the students are on the 3 campuses in WF. Lots of nice folks up in Iowa Park. Nice to find out I can add you to that list. One of the best Harley shops in the country up there too. Those are some nice folks.
in Decatur in like 83 there was a storm that sat on the area for 9 days.........30 ft pecan trees were under water
.. I drove a 78 T Bird off a 21 ft bridge....almost died
wow, the Big Man upstairs sure did look after you that day....
