A friend of our family owns one in San Diego, but I’ve only been there once, four years ago. I haven’t even been to the beach at all in 7 years despite living 45 minutes from it.

I haven’t even been to the beach at all in 7 years despite living 45 minutes from it. That's just sinful. I'm only two hours from the beach, but that's still too far inland.
