That energy film is darn good stuff! Did you take down the curtains, or are they just for winter? I’m staying in too, it’s just too darn hot to be enjoyable outside.

I’m really struggling with getting the old glue off the plaster walls in this one area of the entry hall. It has turned to this rubber cement-like substance that I can pull off with my fingers (in 1/8 inch strips) but if I try to use a wallpaper scraper it just destroys the outer plaster layer. I’m afraid to put on the primer-sealer til I get the glue off, but there is no way I’ll be able to get it all off. I’m in a quandry!!

I took the curtains down...they made going in and out a pain! I’m thinking of putting them up either in the den or on the sliding glass door between the dining room and thesunroom.

I’ll see if I can find something about getting glue off of plaster. I’ve never worked with anything on plaster before and the glue-on-drywall that I removed was more pasty/ gummy than rubbery.
