Every time I ever called Comcast for tech support, the first thing they told me was “reset your modem.” I can’t remember what site it was but there was one I consistently couldn’t get to. I think that’s what worked.

Worth a try.

Eh...but I’ve done that. And flushed my DNS cache.

It seems to be back now. Dunno what was up.
