Yeah, I'm approaching a 15-year mark, too. Time does wacky things to memory, that's why I'm so motivated to write these stories. The project started as a memoir. But, honestly, I hate memoirs - they're usually insufferably pretentious. So I've worked my memoirs into a fictional group of scouts and that way I can draw from more than just my own experiences. I'm still revising the first story and, in the process, identified about a dozen plot points that can follow up on in the sequel. Great fun!

That’s what my story is too, a memoir. I will give the scout story its own separate file, maybe it will go faster.
I am currently working on that, my Nano story and another one, based on the memoir but with a fictional storyline, so I have three going at once now.
