Heh, we know what you mean about attending the weddings of your friend’s children; however, wait till you start going to weddings of your friend’s grandchildren. We’ve done that one already, the grandson of our old neighbors got married after he finished boot camp and was heading off for advanced medic training. Whoa, where did the years go....
So do I but there are a hundred things to be done here.

I’m not doin’ much more. I have some homework for class tomorrow night. If I get Luke to thepool and do that it will have been a successful day.

That is quite the shotgun, apparently I’ve only seen and handled, though never fired, the 10A. Didn’t even know they made a 10B model. I think each gunshop had one in the old days, don’t know if I ever heard of one being sold. They were always just there in the display case or on the wall.
And maybe black-eyed peas on the side?
Since proper potluck means bringing a meal and all.... ;-)
Heh...I ended up bringing chips and salsa. Fortunately, though there were other chips, there weren’t other corn chips or salsa. So it worked. Good idea.

It’s down at the Keys right now. Hopefully it will not come this far north, but we’re still on edge here.
Actually the eye is still below Cuba. The Keys should be getting the outer bands. But it’s tracking to come right up through the middle of Florida. I thought you were further south (you’ve never really told us much about where you are or what you do there).
Bit if you’re in Florida, you’re going to see the storm in some capacity.
T-bone and okra. If there’s fire left, I might put on some hamburgers to take to werk this week...and some peppers...maybe squash.

Well, I seriesly hope not as well. But as I told a friend earlier this week, I need to start taking care of this arthritis and lose some weight, or it’s going to kill me.
Thus one of the reasons for getting to thepool with Luke today.
