I’m making a big carbon footprint: washer, dryer, and dishwasher are running at the same time.
Last time I did that here a fuse blew.
...plus a TV and two computers but I don’t think I’m anywhere near AlGore’s footprint.
Sam ate the pumpkin when I served it with the beef and rice.
Quick, put something in the microwave.
Don’t have a microwave.
I’d say start the car, but that’d be too expensive...
Good dog!! LSA
I seriesly <3 that cat, for truly, I have the dumb today.
And us succinct ones are just tired. I've been spending my days out in the sun and humid air. It takes it out of ya, I tell ya.
I need a vacation...
What is vacation precious?
A week of Caturdays....
So, the Mrs. says to me last night, she says...
“You know I was reading around about dog stress. Sam has grown up with Abby. If something happens to her we may have to get him a kitten.”
sigh...
~chuckling~
I have one kitten left I could send you if it was an emergency ;~)
Good morning. Going to be a lovely day here, even if a little hot.
It’s a big day... the new farrier is coming this afternoon.
In other pleasant news, how long should it take for Sam to get over this? At what point do I take him to the vet?
Still has the runs you mean? I think I’d call - probably take him in. I’ve never had a dog just ‘get the runs’ for anything more than a day, when they had a big outing or something. If it’s lasting, it sounds like he picked up something at the kennel. Might be something that just has to ‘run’ it’s course, but it might be something they can treat. You at least want to make sure he’s not getting dehydrated.
He hasn’t had another accident in the house. And I’ve not been around to follow him out to check. But he’s still a little lethargic. I’ll see how he’s doing tonight and then go from there. He had this at the kennel for a couple of days, then at least a couple of days at home. He threw up in the house yesterday (and had obviously been eating grass).
And then when the dog croaks, the new cat will need another dog... sigh...
Well, I dunno. Hopefully he’s getting over it.
