..and pumping...a sump pump is a good thing. How’s the nayber? That rain this afternoon was a surprise, we’re supposed to be done for a couple days.
Lots of trees and debris heading down the Mighty Missouri today. Lots of folks are a having a rough time with the flooding elsewhere.
The first scene that was watched on thebigTV was the Battle of Amon Hen... wow...
mrsnad wanted to move Gunner’s doghouse up by the meatbirdcoop last nite about 2130... she didn’t want him to get wet... (hesuh freakin’ lab fercryinoutloud...) picked it up with theloader and chain... moved it in no time... so he’s not impressin’ me with his diligence or sacrifice...

no kidding. The cedar is supposed to crest well above flood stage Thursday. Iowa City is going to get very wet.

I’ll bet it was almost like being there..nice job on the bigscreen. Looks like that loader is coming right handy for all sorts of things. Well, we’re sure Gunner appreciated it.

Don’t know how I got along without a loader in the past... I use it all the time... I look at a task and say “hmmmmm... how can I use the loader fer this...”

My shooting buddy gifted me a big bag of empty .38 shells first sort was for nickel vs brass, next by headstamp. They sure seem to be making the headstamps with small letters these days.
Was just at the store and Kat said the power’s out on the other side of the freeway. Might want to make sure you have a stash of water ready.
I don't know how anybody could have kept a straight face. I would have been beyond "ROTFLMAO", they'd have to take me out on a stretcher.
