The blu-ray players today take ordinary dvds and make them better - not as good as real bluray but better than a standard dvd player would. Talon’s the one to ask if you want a detailed explanation but basically, the colors look better, the edges are sharper, it’s a nice thing.

That’s probably about as much of an explanation as I’d understand. ;-)

Cool!

If I ever stop spending money on writing stuff and music things and bike stuff and cars...someday it’d be nice to have a better TV and DVD player. Maybe once I have my own place.

You really need a climate controlled environment to prevent corrosion, and store powder. I recommend GI ammo cans for storage of powder and primers.

If you don’t have table space, think pedestal.

Midway USA sells benches too. http://www.midwayusa.com/esearch.exe/search?search_keywords=loading+bench&category_selector=all_products But you don’t have to buy them.

A folding table ain’t gonna cut it. I picked up a a solid core door on clearance at Lowe’s a couple decades ago. 4x4s for legs and 2x4s for bracing...

Good morning... yesterday I actually looked over and wondered if you’d stayed home, till I figured you must have rode the bike in.

As an update, we did get a live trap and we’re feeding momma cat in it. She ate the food last night. We don’t have it set to trap her yet, because we don’t want her till Monday. But she is getting used to going in the trap, so that’s good!

Hey there... what’s your plan for the weekend? Coming down on Saturday? Did you remember to get Monday off?

Well, good! Especially as I thought I already hear some carrying-on the other night...

I wonder how the whole thing will play out. Do they do OK when released right after surgery? I just can’t imagine keeping her caged for long after she comes to...even just getting her to the vet is going to be pretty scary.

I don’t know. I think we might be able to dump her from the cage into a larger dog crate. We could use the crate that is now the cat out-house. I’d like to keep her for awhile after the surgery, remember Tweek tore her inside stitches being too active after her spay.

12 hours to go... tick tock tick tock :)

You coming over for the 8:00 replay of part one? It’s supposed to be a special ‘extended edition’, with more from the press conference scene.

I don’t know ;~) We got some kind of tranquilizer once for Josie, but it just turned her into kindof a mean drunk. It didn’t really help with handling her at all. ;~)

We are watching LOST live tonight, right? Coming over?
