I'm not trying to falsify the existence of G*d.

I'm saying by 'your' definition there is proof for the existence of G*d because you can't disprove it, according to your own theory.

You are confused then. Nothing can be proved, only falsified. If there is no test that can falsify something, then belief in that something is not scientific.

You have not disproven the existence of G*d, therefore it MUST be "good science" to believe in the existence of G*d.

Chaos theory, squaring a circle or Heisenbergs uncertainty principle prove that an omniscient God doesn't exist.

No, they don't. Once again, just because mankind doesn't have, or know, the answer doesn't mean there isn't an answer and that G*d does NOT know it.
