Aug. 17. I believe it's a Sunday. It is for one day only. Also they usually have Indian style salmon cooked on redwood sticks around an alder wood fire. And there will be exhibition ceremonial dances in traditional dress and many booths of arts and crafts. It's a long drive for you guys. the closest airport would be Eureka/ Arcata and it is at McKinleyville just north of Arcata. Then a drive of one hour north from there. Cross the Klamath River bridge with the bears on the four corners and you are at Klamath. You will see things on your right from the highway as you approach. It is right on 101.
