I’ve only seen these once or twice. They must not grow in the hot central valley of California.

The street was lined with them on the way to my house in Goleta..Of course I was about 10 minutes from the ocean.
This picture was of a Los Angeles scene.

We have dogwood but no cherry or jacaranda trees here.
