I shocked my high school Sunday School class ( just the girls ) the other day by telling them that animals ( their pets ) have no souls and we men have dominion over them to do as we see fit. We are to use Godly principles because in the end we are responsible for how we handle our stewardship.
They were not happy to hear that Fluffy won’t be resurrected.

Well...I hope some parents complain about you putting your personal views in their heads....views that could be completley wrong. I know if I was a parent, I’d be complaning about you. Animals are to be respected and taken care of ....not to do with ‘what we want with them.’ I suppose one of the boys will now cut up the family cat because he wants mittens. NICE WORK....
