Thanks, dita. I did see some of your posts about your hummingbirds. What magnificent little beauties they are and how wonderful that you were able to see that miracle of life unfolding right from your window.

We have hundreds of hummingbirds visiting our three feeders during the summer. I swear, I think I am feeding the entire town's hummingbird population all by myself. I mix up my own juice for them and have to keep refilling the feeders every couple days during the summer months. The feeder by my kitchen window is the one I enjoy the most. The birds are only about three feet away from me when they come to sip.

Every once in a while I will see a hummingbird playing in our fountain out front, darting in and out of the falling water. They seem like such joyous birds.

We are heading up to Lowe's to the garden department. I will get back here when I can to answer the rest of my pings.
