I've got a half ton of Vitamin C in my freezer.....enough lemon juice for lemonade for Amy's Place all summer long.

These are not good photos but they show the crop of lemons we had before we harvested them a couple weeks ago....

Sending you all some some Vitamin C
and California sunshine!

Lemons and Lilacs

I am headed outside to get some yard work done on this beautiful day. See y'all later.

Beautiful, Lori!!

We don’t have lemons but we have lots of oranges. Our trees are still small but between our trees, Jr’s tree and BIL’s trees, we have oranges for several months. Marissa loves to pick an orange and eat it right off the tree.

I guess that I should squeeze them and freeze the juice.

Thanks for the Vitamin C and lilacs.

they would be drawn in..I saw my first hummingbird feeding today! I had

Lemons and lilacs side by side, that’s a great picture, Mama Bear:). I’m just guessing yours might be Eureka lemons? A friend of mine gave me 6 of her Meyer lemons recently and I so enjoyed them.

Walking, I pass by an orange tree that is now in bloom and that is one of the loveliest fragrances in the world. Another friend has ripe oranges on her tree; not sure why they are coming along at different times.

Citrus seems to be having a good year here.

Gosh, I love your lemon tree and the lilacs are gorgeous...I believe I can smell both! My brother and family lived in California a few years a pretty long time ago and they would talk about their lemon tree!

Bet your yard is beautiful!

Praying for Jim also...sounded so sad, it worries me!
